The underground Health Resort complex can be rented for leisure stays, treatment trips and medical conferences.
In this respect, we have been working with companies and institutions whose mission is the development of spa and therapeutic tourism for many years.
We invite travel agencies and medical tourism agents to work with us on the organisation and sale underground stays underground for groups.
Time for Health
A preventive and recreational programme available at the “Wieliczka” Salt Mine Health Resort
“Time for Health” is our active recreation programme, which focuses on prevention of pulmonary tract diseases in healthy micro-climate of the mine, improving your fitness and alleviating the negative impact of stress and sedentary lifestyle. A several hours long stay at the “Wieliczka” Salt Mine Health Resort is a perfect opportunity to experience some active time in the unique scenery of the underground salt chambers, all while enjoying the clean air saturated with minerals – a perfect way to boost your health, aid relaxation and improve your well-being.Programme agenda:
- assembly in the Regis Shaft, a ride down in the elevator to Level III
- a walk to the underground Health Resort
- general fitness training with spinal care exercises
- relaxation techniques with elements of breathing exercises
- individual workouts – stair steppers, indoor rowers, treadmills, elliptical trainers and indoor bikes are available for our visitors
- end of the day, a ride up to the ground level
Good to know:
- The programme is designed for organised groups of at least 8 people. Smaller groups are required to pay the minimum fee equal to the price for a group of 8.
- We are able to host the programme in the afternoons and on weekends
- The duration of the programme is 3 hours
- We recommend wearing comfortable, warm sportswear and shoes
- The temperature underground oscillates around 13 – 14.5°C
- The distance from the Regis Shaft Pit to the Health Resort is approximately 700 metres
- Prior reservations are required – you can cancel your reservation at no cost up to 14 days prior to the event date.
Programme price: 120 PLN / person
The price includes VAT (23%).
