7. All the above-mentioned rights apply to the extent provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation.

Providing your personal data is obligatory if such an obligation results from the provisions of the Accounting Act and tax law regulations (with respect to issuing and storing accounting documents). Providing data for other purposes (as described in point 3) is voluntary but necessary for the use of the specified service.
