The customer may return other goods purchased in our shop without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, provided that the goods have not been used and have not been damaged or destroyed in any way. Goods must be returned in their original, intact packaging together with the received VAT invoice. The shop guarantees the return of the price of the goods. Refunds can be made by bank transfer or postal order to the indicated address. The cost of courier shipments, i.e. shipping and returning the goods, is not refundable. - Exchanges are not possible, so please choose carefully.

- No, we only offer bearer tickets. They are protected by a code and can only be used once.
