It is also possible to book a guide speaking Japanese, Hungarian, Croatian, Czech, Slovak and Dutch.
The route includes approx. 800 stairs, 380 of which are at the start. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing according to the conditions on the route. The temperature underground falls within the range of 17–18ºC.

The minimum number of visitors in an organised group is 20 (that number does not include visitors with complimentary tickets and free passes). The upper group size limits is 40 visitors. The number of guides assigned to a group will be decided by the Mine.

Only a small carry-on luggage (with maximum dimensions of 20x20x35 cm) is allowed during the tour of the Mine. You may leave any larger luggage at our automated luggage lockers; however, please keep in mind that the number of lockers and their size are limited, which means that the availability of a suitable luggage locker cannot be guaranteed. Luggage storage is available free of charge during touring hours. When going for a tour of the mine, try your best to avoid taking large luggage and baby strollers with you, as the mine lacks the appropriate storage facilities to keep them for you.
